RBI Solar offers three models that are ETL Classified by Intertek to UL Subject 2703. ETL Classified systems include proven ground mount solar models GM-I and GM-T as well as ballasted roof mount model RM-B. RBI Solar has started the production of solar mounting systems with the ETL Listed mark. Ground mount system models GM-I and GM-T allow for portrait or landscape module orientation as well as a variety of module sizes including popular c-Si 60 and 72 cell formats. The newly classified ground mount and ballasted roof mount systems offer multiple bonding and grounding options, including grounding hardware from leading manufacturers.
The new bonding and grounding methodology provided by Wiley Electronics will go a long way towards lowering total installed costs by reducing both the labor and materials required by code compliant PV system grounding. RBI Solar Ground Mount and Ballasted Roof Mount systems have been tested with WEEB bonding washers, lay in lugs, and bonding jumpers. RBI Solar continues to work with Wiley to develop more time saving code compliant bonding and grounding options for deployment in the field.
