From a golf tournament, panel discussions, exhibitors from every corner of the industry, and a solar block party, Solar Power International (SPI) 2016 was a conference to remember. In the heart of Las Vegas, thousands of solar professionals and enthusiasts gathered to discuss the future of solar and the latest happenings in the industry.
We were thrilled to be among the exhibitors, with 17 RBI Solar team members in attendance for the event.
One of our favorite parts of SPI is getting to catch up with our solar partners from around the country. We love to celebrate the successes of our customers and catch up with their latest news. We were also fortunate to meet many new faces at this year’s event. Throughout the three days of the exhibition, we had a steady stream of visitors exploring our solar mounting technology and conversing with our team. Thank you to all who took the time to stop by our booth and connect with us—we thoroughly enjoyed meeting each and every one of you!
In clear view of Red Rock Canyon and the Las Vegas Strip, the Palm Course of the Angel Park Golf Course was the location of Solar Power International’s first golf tournament. The scramble-style tournament was a great opportunity for solar professionals to connect and escape the bustle of the exhibit hall. Our very own Pat Hudepohl and Adam Brescia were part of the winning team, alongside Gene Anderson and Phil Anderson of Lane Enterprises, Inc. Nice work, guys, and congratulations to all who participated!
Matt Hayes, James Cormican, Dave Compaan, Pat Hudepohl, and Adam Brescia represented RBI Solar bright and early Tuesday morning (9/13/16) for Solar Power International’s Run with the Sun 5K event. The 5K was the prefect way to get the blood pumping for a busy Tuesday at our booth.
All in all, SPI 2016 was a huge success, and we’re certainly looking forward to next year’s event. If you didn’t get the opportunity to stop by and see us, feel free to reach us at firstname.lastname@example.org or (513) 242-2051.
See you next year, Las Vegas!
