As an Outside Salesperson, your role will be to develop business opportunities with existing and potential customers. You will act as the initial contact in any potential opportunity and work alongside the rest of the Sales Team to generate new projects. You will develop business relationships with customers and seek out opportunities to continue the growth of RBI Solar.

You will work with the Sales Support team as the customer liaison to the rest of the RBI Solar team. You must be willing to develop a knowledge of the various racking systems produced by RBI Solar in order to communicate with customers. You must be willing to travel to arrange meetings with existing and potential customers. You may also travel to represent RBI Solar at tradeshows throughout the year.

This position will be based out of our corporate headquarters office in Cincinnati, Ohio. You will report directly to the Sales Manager and work alongside other members of the Sales Team. A Bachelor’s degree or four-year college equivalent is preferred. Candidates with a background in construction are ideal, but not necessary.

As a Sales Support Associate, your role will be to act as the internal coordinator for the Sales Team. You will be the organizational side of the Sales Team, tracking several projects from their beginning to completion. You will be given a portfolio of clients from the Sales Team and become the liaison for the customers. You must be willing to develop a knowledge of the various racking systems produced by RBI Solar in order to communicate with customers.

You will act as an internal advocate for the customer while also acting as a resource of information for the design, engineering, and productions teams at RBI Solar. You are responsible for helping to set project deadlines on behalf of the customer and internal teams, while acting as the point of contact for both parties. You will also perform various other tasks as assigned by the Sales Manager.

This position will be based out of our corporate headquarters office in Cincinnati, Ohio. You will report directly to the Sales Manager and work alongside other members of the Sales Team. The ideal candidate is someone who is entrepreneurial, creative, hard-working, and highly-organized. If you want to get real experience in digital media and marketing, this position is your kind of start-up. Manage social media platforms, google ads, and help to create marketing strategies via social media, i.e. blog postings, articles, etc. The person in this internship is responsible for the conception, planning, creation, follow-through, and analysis of social media including Google+, YouTube, Blogs, and Twitter to increase awareness, engagement, and participation.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Working with the marketing team to create weekly marketing campaigns
  • Reviewing competitive websites to evaluate customer experience and product presentation
  • Assisting in designing, preparing, and creating campaign ads for use on the RBI websites and social network properties
  • Reviewing 3rd party social media channels to ensure cross-promotion is executed properly and share necessary information
  • Ensuring that they are updated regularly for social media best practices and changing technology
  • Creating engaging posts

Skills & Requirement:

  • Exceptional verbal and written skills are a must with the ability to work effectively under deadlines
  • Writing and editing proficiency
  • Ability to engage in teamwork and multi-task
  • Social media experience is a plus
  • Knowledge of Japanese language may help
  • Superior analytical and verbal communications ability
