What an incredible year it’s been! There were so many great moments from 2016 that we couldn’t possibly include them all, but here are a few highlights.
‘Tis the season for giving, and here at RBI Solar, we’re getting in the holiday spirit.
As long-time supporters of the Greater Cincinnati Ronald McDonald House, RBI Solar raises funds for the foundation every year. Our 2016 donation was one of our largest contributions to date — $1,000 was raised by our team!
Several team members delivered the donation to the Greater Cincinnati Ronald McDonald House this afternoon and toured the facility. In recent years, our local Ronald McDonald House has expanded its service capabilities to families with the addition of short-term stay rooms, an on-site professional chef, and private in-room Skype access. The House acts as a “home away from home” for 78 families every night while their children receive medical care.
The Cincinnati House is one of the largest in the country, with multiple housing wings, a children’s theater, arts & crafts area, a library, laundry facilities, playground equipment, and quiet spaces for reflection. For critically ill children and their families, the Ronald McDonald House provides a space to be together, support each other, and heal.
We’re proud to continue to support the Ronald McDonald House Charities and are excited to increase our involvement even more in the coming year.

RBI Solar will be in attendance at the BuildingEnergy NYC Conference + Trade Show, NYC’s fastest-growing event for professionals and practitioners working on energy efficiency initiatives and high performance buildings.
Hosted by the Northeast Sustainable Energy Association (NESEA), this year’s event will be held on November 3rd at the TKP New York Conference Center. Established in 2012 and growing exponentially each year, BuildingEnergy NYC has distinguished itself as the place where New York’s architects, engineers, policy-makers, building operators, realtors, builders, energy professionals, and educators come together to share best practices and biggest challenges, with the end goal of making the buildings and infrastructure of this city even better.
This year’s event is expected to attract nearly 700 solar industry professionals and features sessions on codes & standards, policy, finance, energy strategies, and much more.
We’d love to see you at booth #18 to discuss opportunities for solar mounting systems amid the recent launch of NYC’s ambitious new Energy Code. To register for the event, visit http://nesea.org/conference/buildingenergy-nyc.
